Stability Ball Pilates is a great way to become stronger, master your balance and control, move better and create excellent muscle tone and core stability.

I start the class at a beginners level and build it up gradually to give you a challenging Pilates workout. 

 

£30 for a 5 week block booking.

 

I now have a loyalty card system in place for regular attendee's, so please contact me directly if you attend my classes regularly.
